If you were up and running and the only change in the setup is the updated driver- the issue has to be there. I would trash everything and re-download the driver. In a pinch, I'd reinstall 1. Nothing shows in Apple Audio Devices either. I did a proper uninstall and reinstalled the YSFW. My set up on the XS is as you suggested.
